These Terms of Use govern access to earnaivertex.pro and enrolment in programmes offered by Earn AI Vertex Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202961738M). By using this website or enrolling in our earn tracks, you agree to these terms.

1. About Earn AI Vertex

Earn AI Vertex is a vocational training provider delivering practical AI courses focused on income growth, career advancement and professional productivity. Our earn tracks teach applied use of AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot. We are not an AI consulting agency, not an investment product provider, and not a get-rich-quick scheme.

2. Website use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, transmit malware, scrape content at scale, or use the site in any way that could damage our infrastructure or reputation. Content on this website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission except for personal, non-commercial reference.

3. Programme enrolment

Enrolment in earn track programmes is subject to availability and our acceptance of your application. Programme descriptions, schedules and fees on this website are indicative and may be updated. Confirmed details are provided at enrolment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule cohorts with reasonable notice and alternative arrangements or refunds as appropriate.

4. Fees and payment

All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified at enrolment. Late payment may result in suspension of access to materials or sessions. GST applies where required by Singapore law.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Cancellations more than 14 days before cohort commencement receive a full refund minus a S$50 administrative fee. Cancellations within 14 days receive a 50% credit toward a future earn track. No refunds are available after a cohort has commenced except at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Corporate contracts may have separate terms specified in writing.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Earn track naming reflects professional earning skills through education. Completion of any programme does not guarantee specific income, profit, salary increases, business results or employment outcomes. Our courses teach practical AI work skills that can support income growth — we teach methods, not guaranteed results. This is vocational training, not investment or financial advice.

7. Intellectual property

Course materials, earn briefing packs, prompt libraries and website content remain the property of Earn AI Vertex Pte. Ltd. or our licensors. Enrolled learners receive a limited licence to use materials for personal professional development during and after their programme. Redistribution, resale or public sharing of materials without permission is prohibited.

8. Learner conduct

Learners must behave respectfully toward facilitators and peers, comply with studio rules at our Fraser Street location, and use AI tools responsibly during sessions. Harassment, plagiarism, or misuse of confidential information may result in removal from programmes without refund.

9. AI tools disclaimer

AI tools demonstrated in our programmes may produce inaccurate, incomplete or biased output. Learners are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before professional use. Do not submit employer confidential data to third-party AI services without proper authorisation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Earn AI Vertex Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of this website or participation in programmes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific programme giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Earn AI Vertex against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of course materials, or unlawful use of AI tools learned through our programmes.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the PDPA 2012.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
