Does Earn AI Vertex guarantee income or profit from your courses?
No. We teach practical AI skills for income growth and career advancement through structured earn tracks covering ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot. Completion of any programme does not guarantee income, profit, salary increases or business results. Earn AI Vertex is a vocational training provider — not a get-rich-quick scheme, not an investment product, and not an AI consulting agency. We teach methods and workflows; outcomes depend on your own effort, market conditions and professional decisions.
What prerequisites do I need?
Basic computer literacy and professional work experience are sufficient for most earn tracks. No coding background required. Earn Track 1 welcomes beginners; capstone and advanced modules may require prior completion of foundation programmes or equivalent generative AI experience.
Are courses online or in-person?
Primary delivery is in-person at our Fraser Street studio. Selected modules offer hybrid attendance. Self-paced supplements are available for alumni but do not replace live facilitation for core earn cohort content.
What is the typical cohort size?
Earn cohorts run 18–24 learners to ensure facilitator attention during AI workflow exercises. Corporate workshops accommodate 8–40 participants depending on format.
What are corporate pricing ranges?
Half-day corporate AI income training from S$4,800; full-day from S$8,200. Custom earn track packages quoted on request. All fees in SGD, exclusive of GST where applicable.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations more than 14 days before cohort start receive full refund minus S$50 admin fee. Within 14 days, 50% credit toward a future earn track. No refunds after cohort commencement except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
How do you handle personal data (PDPA)?
We collect only data necessary for enrolment and communication under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. See our Privacy Policy for retention periods, access rights and contact details for data requests.
What do your courses NOT include?
Our earn tracks do not include coding bootcamp depth, guaranteed income outcomes, trading or crypto content, AI software development for clients, corporate AI implementation consulting, or executive C-suite leadership programmes. We teach applied AI tool skills for professional work.
What is your AI tool usage policy in class?
Learners use their own or provided trial accounts for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Copilot during sessions. We teach responsible use, output verification and data privacy awareness. Do not submit confidential employer data without authorisation.
